Do I need a Doctor's Referral to be seen?
No. We do accept patients on self-referral if their
insurance carrier allows. If you want to be seen by our Pain
Doctors, please have copies of your medical records sent to
us and bring your x-rays and MRIs to the office for your
first appointment.

We accept many other insurance plans, but the patient is
responsible for any co-pays or non-covered fees. Please feel
free to contact our Insurance Department if you have any

Will I have to pay anything at the time of my visit?
We are required by law to collect any co-pays due at the
time of service.
