Comprehensive Pain Evaluation
Patients referred for complete evaluation

  • A detailed History and Physical Examination target toward the specific pain complaints
  • Psychological screening and interview by a Psychologist affiliated with the Clinic
  • Physical Medicine evaluation to assess Rehabilitation potential and to prescribe the optimal Physical Therapy regimen
  • Diagnoses are made and a Treatment Plan is formulated
  • A Report is generated and forwarded to the referring doctor

Pain Medicine Management
Patients who are referred for Medical Management. Based on the Pain Evaluation, we may prescribe

  • Common and novel medications, given by common and novel routes of administration
  • Chronic opioids for selected patients
  • Cancer Pain Management

Precision Fluoroscopically-Guided Injection Procedures
Injections are provided for the diagnosis and treatment of various painful conditions. Injections are performed under the guidelines established by the International Spinal Injection Society (ISIS).
