Patients referred for complete evaluation
- A detailed History and Physical
Examination target toward the specific pain complaints
- Psychological screening and interview by a
Psychologist affiliated with the Clinic
- Physical Medicine evaluation to assess
Rehabilitation potential and to prescribe the optimal Physical
Therapy regimen
- Diagnoses are made and a Treatment Plan is
formulated
- A Report is generated and forwarded to the
referring doctor

Destruction Techniques
These techniques are offered to patients who might
benefit from the destruction or degeneration of a nerve without
