We have updated our Scheduling, Billing and EMR software. Please be patient with us as we work through the kinks and learn the software. The new software will perform nightly appointment reminders.
We are excited to announce we have updated our website. You will now be able to make payments, view your chart, ask questions or schedule appointments. Simply visit www.painconsultants.org and clicking on purple "PATIENT PORTAL" button on the bottom right hand side of the web page. You will also be able to reach any of the staff through email and even schedule appointments.
At your appointment, you will be required to present your insurance card and photo ID. If you do not have these we cannot see you.
We are glad to be able to offer our patients a new form of pain therapy called Suboxone. Please see the enclosed flyer for more information. If you would like to schedule an appointment to discuss Suboxone therapy, please use the Patient Portal or call our office at Cheyenne (307) 633-8100 or Casper at (307) 473-6717.
Dr. Ribnik is now offering Regenerative Therapies, also known as Platelet—Rich Plasma and Stem Cell Therapy. We have enclosed a brochure for some education. After reading through the brochure, please feel free to call or send email with questions you may have.
Due to diminished reimbursement from commercial and governmental payers, we cannot give our patients lacking health insurance the generous discounts we've given in the past. Beginning January 1, 2017, our cash discount will be 15% off of our usual and customary fees. Payment is required, as always, at time of service. We regret the inconvenience this may cause.
CIGNA Patients. As of January 1, 2017 payment in full is due at check in. Since we are out-of-network providers, Cigna will be sending the checks to their patients instead.
